We are dealing with a casino that has enjoyed quite a remarkable player growth over the last few years. Let's find out why.
Software
Roxy Palace is powered by Microgaming's Viper software, which is very nice and functional.
We had no no problems downloading and installing the software. The registration process at Roxy Palace is straight-forward with little hassle. It took around 10 minutes in total.
However, if you prefer, they do also offer a non-download version, which means you can play the games directly in your browser. You will, however, not have access to all of the games that they have on offer with the download version.
The lobby screen is unusual for an online casino. We're used to graphic-heavy lobby screens, but Roxy has none of that. Instead, there is a very user-friendly overview of all the casino games on offer. The games are divided into different sections according to whether they are table games, slots etc. The sections can be accessed by tabs, making navigation easy.
There are 250 casino games on offer, including a large number of progressive slot machines and they have over 160 slots to choose from.
Mega Moolah is one of the more interesting progressives on offer, with some outrageous jackpots. At the time of this review, the Mega Moolah jackpot was well over $3,000,000!
You'll also find very detailed logs of your wager history. This is a great feature not found in many other software types, and something Microgaming should be commended for.
Bonus rules
You can get a $100 bonus with a $100 deposit. The bonus is credited to your account within 45 minutes of claiming it.
To be eligible to withdraw the bonus amount, you need to wager it 30 times. That means for a $100 deposit and a $100 bonus, you need to wager $3000. The casino games do not all count 100% towards meeting wagering requirements, i.e. blackjack only counts 2%, which is a bit disappointing.

We have seen a lot of these watchdog associations in the past, some more credible than others. It is our opinion, however, than eCOGRA is not only independent, but ethical and credible.
Personal column
Do we really need another online casino? The truth is this reviewer was a little sceptical when downloading the software. There are so many online casinos that new ones have to stand out.
Roxy does stand out. The lack of a dedicated theme here is refreshing. Instead, the focus is on customer service, and some very user-friendly software. No bells and whistles here, just the basics.
Their player's club is also the finest we've seen, which just goes to show that they take very good care of their players.
I have written to customer service twice. First time I had a reply within 10 minutes, second time it took 5 hours. Very acceptable in my opinion.
Payouts are fast. This I base on two withdrawals, where I received the first one 2 weeks after my request, and the second one a couple of days after, cashing out to a NETeller account.
